Okay...it's come to my attention that Daryle's account has been banned due to the fact that he was discovered to be Hiro. Honestly, it's whatev. But the fact that he was banned based on the (faulty) grounds of a past (non)incident irritated me deeply. The whole situation with Stephen and Sarah is, first and foremost, in the *past* and he has long since had his ban lifted. And I'm not talking about his Daryle account. His Hiro account was unbanned for some time up to now. (A) he let the ban run itself naturally. (B) he talked it out with Raschel and the two came to an understanding about the whole thing. In fact, they are friends on Facebook, no less. I do not understand how he was rebanned, based on old problems, simply because he turned out being Hiro. Like that's a big deal. Ever since he rejoined as Daryle, he has done absolutely nothing wrong, been actively a part of this forum, is on friendly terms with most everyone, and he has been very open about him being Hirp (I mean, come on. His profile is damn near *exactly* the same as Hiro's).
I was told that Raschel issued the banning of his account, after finding out who he was, but I find that hard to swallow, as she knew about the Daryle account even before he created it. You follow? It stands to reason that Raschel, knowing who he really is (I mean, come on! They communicated through here even about a few incidents with his old account, even!) would put out a ban on him.
I believe part (or rather, a *large* part) of the problem was how one-sided the whole ordeal between Sarah and Stephen was. Without even having a chance to say anything, his account was banned on the *FALSE* information Sarah provided. I know this to be false personally, as I have seen the police report that was filed concerning the "Child Porn" photos. If it needs to be said, when the cop came to him, on just the twelfth, he showed us (yes, he and I are friends in real life) printout of these alleged photos...and guess what? These "Pornos" are of *HER* Sarah. Stephen was told that he was in the clear, that he had been right all along about never being involved with the photo thing (which was, incidentally, the fault of her, at the time, boyfriend, known as Altair1992 on here) and gave him back his computer, his cell, and all the other "evidence" they had taken. Yes, a very extensive search was done, at *HIS* request, so that everyone knew he was innocent.
Along with the photo non-issue, he was accused of stalking and threatening her. *THIS* particular point is, at best laughable. As soon as the police came to get his stuff, which, if anyone paid attention, was *BEFORE* she ever made an open accusation against him on here, he left town. After a rather romantic moment between the two (and yes, there's a whole classroom to vouch for what really happened that day), Stephen left, because he couldn't deal with what she was doing to him (here's a brief summary: She broke up with Tyler, used Stephen to get Tyler jealous, kept leading Stephen on, when Stephen got sick of it, she threatened suicide, which made him stay. She continued using him until mid April, when he left) and *that* is why she started with him. He had told her that if the photos ever came to him, he wouldn't hesitate to take them to the police, thus she twisted it and framed *him*. As I said, this was later deemed untrue by the police. It took two months for them to come back saying he was clean, and that whole time, he was living with his Dad, here in Blairsville, which is how he and I came to know each other in life and on tis site. When he did come back, it was only because he had to attend graduation (oh yes, he dropped out of school two months early, because she claimed she couldn't bear to be near him) and pick up his belongings, cell phone and computer included. Meaning that he had almost no way to "stalk" her, as she claims. Along with the "stalking" she also warned that he may physically harm her. In their whole 8 months of pseudo-romance (several weeks of which was during a fight and, for the sake of this, break up) he never once raised a hand to her, never once spoke out of anger, never once even touched her without her permission. And I don't know what story she's spun for you (well, I'm sure Babygirl has quite the story already in her head) but during their time "together" she did many things to him, bad things. For one, she was especially abusive, taking every opportunity she had to hurt him. When he disagreed with her, she would threaten to OD on pills or cut herself, which thusly kept him in line by her side. He had earned a full ride scholarship to Ohio State University, his dream college, and Sarah begged him to stay with her, which, of course, he did. A few nights before Christmas, when they were fighting, he recieved a phonecall from her friend, saying Sarah was in trouble, and, when she didn't answer her phone, he panicked and left the party he was at, with one of his best friends, a previous ex of his, to go check on her. This particular incident was wrong in so many ways. He had only been at that party because of his ex-but-still-friend was there and very drunk. He was there *protecting* her from some guys who were seriously hitting on her. And he *LEFT to go see Sarah cuz her friend claimed she was in trouble!* When h went to her, she confessed that it was a joke to get him over to her. Guess what happened that night after Stephen left the party? His friend, Paulina, was raped by those same guys he had been protecting her from. Raped! Gang rape, if you will, since it was two guys over just her! Do you understand that? He was *devistated* by what happened. It was after that that he decided he wanted to stay away from Sarah. But again, she begged him to stay, and this was the first time she threatened suicide. Wracked with guilt over both, he stayed. Now, do you understand that? Do you *hear* that? He stayed with a girl who made him abandon a helplessly drunk girl and let her get raped. *SHE* caused that! But I digress...for now. Sarah and Stephen later talked about the incident, and Sarah swore to never tell another person about it. But the *very* next day, she had told all of her friends on facebook, and Tyler passed the story along as well. Do you know what that kind of thing does to a person's reputation? How society looks at someone like that? How *he* looks at himself because of that?
After all that, he stayed. He stayed with her, who was still using him, still lying to him, and still toying with him...because she threatened to kill herself. And all this was in December! This was only halfway through their "relationship".
Just a week later, during the "Blizzard of 2009" Sarah and him got into another fight. And this one destroyed him. She told him to leave and never come back...which he obliged. He left her house and began walking home. On the way, along the backroads, he passed out *in* the blizzard. He was only happened upon by some guy passing by, who took him to the hospital. When he was there, he was deemed hypothermic, and not only that, his thigh muscles had been damaged. Grotesque, it may sound, but the muscles in his thighs had frozen. And when a muscle freezes, that means that its internal temp had dropped and were damaged. He couldn't walk for almost 5 days, and only after that, his legs were week and he was on crutches and in a wheelchair, depending on where he was, home or school. And then, like the fickle girl she was, she asked him to come back to her. She apologized, telling him that she was everything in her life and that she needed him. And he took her back. Just like that.
The next incident occured when she threatened suicide again, if he didn't come back to school, as they were fighting (March). She continued to pile everything on him until he broke down. He had an emotional breakdown and just stopped caring. About everything, school, family, friends. Life. He was hospitalized for days after that. And yeah, you may be thinking "Big deal, he should have just gotten over it." But it wasn't that simple. Unless you're faced with someone's impending death, as well as the various other pressures in his life (his parents divorce, his sister eloping, etc) you don't know what it's like to go through that. On top of that, just a year prior, he had witnessed his very best friend commit suicide right in front of him. Do you know what that's like? The scar it leaves? When he finally came back, he openly admitted that nothing had changed. He didn't feel any better, and he only got out because he faked it and told them what they wanted to hear. And that was only because Sarah, who the hospital had been instructed not to let contact him, had his mother deliver a message and ask for him back. And again, he aid yes.
Finally, the situation with these photos came up. Finally, he was fed up. And finally, he said enough was enough. He had learned from her friend (several friends, actually) what she was doing behind his back...and a group of them even went so far as to creat a coillition of sorts to have something done about her abusing Stephen. But he wouldn't have it. He wouldn't let anyone do anything to cause her any kind of trouble. But when he refused to come back, and after he explained that the police wanted him to testify *against* her about these photos, hewas done. He told her that if he ever did, he would tell the police and they would take care of her and he would be done with her. She didn't like it one bit, and thus, that's how the drama here came up. She was able to frame him on this site because she had set up his account using her info and whatnot and when she needed proof that he was "stalking" her, she used his, and another friend of theirs' account, and started sending fake threats and other vulgur messages to other members. She was actually caught in the act by the librarian at her school. But of course, she wasn't going to admit that, no way was she going to incriminate herself, so she twisted the story to fit her purposes, the story that Babygirl and several others know and believe.
Well that's just stupid. His reputation has been smeared beyond repair by some of you guys. He can't redeem himself in your eyes, he can't make you see the truth. He's always going to be a freak, a stalker, and creep to all of you, except maybe the four or five of use who know him and actually know the kind of person he is. And yes, I am placing partial blame on Babygirl for the slanderous things's she's said about a situation she knows nothing of. Yes, you can hate me, and I already know Babygirl does, but it's whatev. He's recently come out and admitted to being Hiro to many members on this site, and it bothers nobody. In fact, many people like him. He's a very popular person on this site, and is a great contributer, he appreciates this site more than most, and he's actively engaged, unlike at least 2/3 of this site's membership. He's always been genuine with everyone he meets, friendly, supportive (I mean look at all the newbies he's befriended and helped out), and all around a nice guy. He's behaved himself perfectly since his inception as Daryle, and he's befriended most, if not all, the mods here. And now you're willing to ban him on the grounds of some stupid drama brought on by a girl who couldn't get what she wanted? Excuse me, but that's *edit your post and this will go away* stupid of you. He's amassed many friends, and already he has a small but growing fanclub of sorts.
What I'm asking isn't difficult (well, for some of you, Babygirl included, it may be, since you're already blinded by your single-track mindset). Just give him a chance. Let him continue with his life on here as he has been: perfectly acceptable. Don't regard him as some heinous freak because you're already preconviced of it. I mean, take a look at him progress since becoming Daryle. Has he ever once come off as hostile, violent, cruel, or in any way, shape, or form, stalkerish? Ask 100 members and I guarantess you'll get 100 agrees that he's a great person.
And, as I'm sure you have been skeptical since the begining, anything and everything I've said here is 100% proven, documented, and true. When he recieved his belonging from the police and graduated, he filed for a court appeal about the situation, in order to get all relavent information pertaining to the inestigation and situation out in the open. He was documented, on video, appealing in court, alongside many others, some of which were *Sarah's* friends (interesting side note, her friends Josh and Marissa both acknowledged that she was not only using him and leading him on, but also using him as cover to hide the fact that she was gay from the public, meaning school and work. She may be openly bi-sexual or whatever on the internet, where anyone can be anonymous, but in public, that's another story. You could also note the fact that she didn't admit to being bi until she had a new profile, new picture, and the grounds to dismiss the claim as a way to "hide who she really was" as she said to her friend in school once before graduating), speaking out against the situation and pleading to have everything released, as it was putting constraints on him emotionally, academically (remember, he left school early and renoucned a scholarship before that), and societally that he couldn't overcome. Thus, his phone's data history (texts, calls, phoos, internet records) were recieved and given to him, as well as the secuirity footage of him at the hospital. And, to top it off, his parents had installed camera's in the main rooms of the house, and his bedroom to record his behavior after the hospital incident. And not once did he do anything to threaten or harrass Sarah in any way. All of this, including the appeal video, he can provide you with at a moment's notice to prove how genuine (and innocent) her is in this situation.
By now I'm sure plenty of you hate me, even more just want me to shut up, and an extreme few who want me gone for good at this, but I don't particularly care. I've seen the proof and I know the truth, as does Raschel, though she doesn't know the more inimate information, such as Paulina's rape, Sarah's suicide threats, etc...I find it disgusting that you people are so quick to judge and act of faulty information. I am very passionate about this, as he has become one of my best, most valued friends, and I see, in peson, the genuine part of him that you all so blindly overlook.
And as a closing, I'll add that Sarah may have played the "he said he loved me" card several times. To that I'll say that, yeah, he did. I've seen the text history myself since then. Even Paulina (oh yes, she testified as did on of Sarah's own exes over her behvior in the past) acknowledges this fact. But look past that and you see that, while their relationship was hard and flawed, he really, truely did (and part of him still does) love her. This is evident by his constant forgiving nature with her, his no-tolerence when anyone tried to do anything to harm her, and his willingness to set his needs and life aside for what she wanted. He gave up everything, friends, family, college, for her. Because she asked him to. And again, I'm sure you have your disagreements with this fact, so I give another. She told him, constantly, to stay with her because she "wanted to love him", then was "falling in love with him", and finally claimed she was "in love with him", with documented proof her her admitting to all of this. So this wasn't as one sided as most of you think. She's just as guilty--No, *more* guilty than he is. About all of this.
